This year we started a large ILS Data Clean Up project.
We wanted this noted as it will impact numbers, e.g., ITS has us delete a number of items that 
were migrated from GLADIS but never existed.  So their numbers will be less but accurate. 

Other data clean up changes are the deduplication of bib records, etc.
